Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 June 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Trebots GST Invoice Generator (the "Tool"). By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.
1. Licence to use
Subject to these Terms, Trebots grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Tool to prepare invoices for your own lawful business purposes. No other rights are granted.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Tool to create false, fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents; (b) use the Tool in violation of any applicable law or third-party right; (c) copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, frame, resell, sub-licence or redistribute the Tool or its code; (d) remove, obscure or alter any branding, attribution or notices; or (e) attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Tool or its hosting.
3. Your content and responsibility
You retain ownership of the information you enter and the invoices you generate. You are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring each invoice complies with all laws applicable to you, including correct GST treatment, accurate GSTIN/HSN/SAC, sequential invoice numbering, and record-keeping. Trebots does not review, verify or store your content.
4. Intellectual property
The Tool, including its software, design, layout, text, graphics and the Trebots name and logo, is owned by Trebots and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Generated invoices may include a discreet "Built by Trebots" attribution; you may use such invoices for your business, but you may not represent the Tool itself, or Trebots' materials, as your own.
5. No warranty
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, as further described in our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Trebots does not warrant that the Tool will be accurate, error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trebots and its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, tax penalties or savings, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Tool. Because the Tool is free, Trebots' total aggregate liability is limited as set out in the Disclaimer.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Trebots and its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Tool; (b) any invoice or document you create with it; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
8. Availability and changes
The Tool is provided on an "as available" basis. Trebots may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue the Tool, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or liability. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts at Purnea, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Tool or these Terms.
10. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trebots regarding the Tool.
