Disclaimer
Last updated: 30 June 2026
The Trebots GST Invoice Generator (the "Tool") is provided free of charge as a general convenience. By using it, you accept this Disclaimer in full.
1. Not professional advice
The Tool and any output it produces are for general informational and convenience purposes only and do not constitute tax, legal, accounting, financial or other professional advice. Using the Tool does not create any advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship between you and Trebots. You should obtain advice from a qualified Chartered Accountant or other professional before relying on any invoice or figure.
2. No affiliation with the Government or GSTN
Trebots is an independent provider. The Tool is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or connected to the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN), the Government of India, the GST Council, or any tax or regulatory authority. It does not file returns, generate e-invoices or e-way bills with any authority, and is not an official or government service.
3. Your responsibility for accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality and appropriateness of everything you enter and produce, including (without limitation) GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, tax rates, place of supply, currency, invoice numbering, sequencing, and all amounts. The Tool does not validate GSTIN check-digits, HSN/SAC codes or your tax positions, and applies tax based only on the inputs you select. GST rates and rules change over time; you are responsible for confirming the current, correct treatment for your goods or services.
4. "As is" - no warranties
The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, title, availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and non-infringement. Trebots does not warrant that the Tool, its calculations, or its outputs are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your particular circumstances.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trebots and its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever - including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or savings; tax interest, penalties or assessments; or any third-party claims - arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Tool or any invoice or output produced with it, even if Trebots has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Because the Tool is provided free of charge, to the extent any liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of Trebots arising out of or relating to the Tool is limited to INR 100 (one hundred rupees) or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater.
6. Assumption of risk
You use the Tool entirely at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from its use, including any invoice issued to a third party. If you do not agree with this Disclaimer, your only remedy is to stop using the Tool.
7. Updates
Trebots may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Tool or this Disclaimer at any time without notice or liability. Your continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
